I would suggest taking times of your week warming-up or setting up sessions in which you study the human figure, this can be quick gestures or blocking out the body into simple shapes like ovals and cubes. If they're in motion, the better! It can also be helpful to follow a tutorial series if you learn better by following something chronologically. I feel fairly confident with the program and I'm able to make most things that I want, though my workflow is definitely a mess right now, and I'm still picking up tips and tricks along the way. With the knowledge that I gained from these initial sculpts I started working on a bigger project and again I look up techniques and tutorials as I bump into roadblocks.
